This document is a public offer by self-employed individual Valeriy Mikhailovich Popov (INN 220910861433) to enter into a service agreement on the terms below. Acceptance is registration on the site and/or payment for a plan. The legally binding Russian version is at /offer.

1. Parties and service

The Provider operates the AgentOps hosted platform at agentops.com.ru (AI agent orchestration, cost control, and the AegisAI security core). The Customer is any person who accepts this offer. Related products of the same Provider may be offered at aegisai.com.ru and agentbi.com.ru.

2. Fees and payment

Prices are shown on the site in Russian rubles. Pro and Business are billed yearly (amounts unchanged). Start is a 14-day trial with caps of 5 agents, 3 workflows and 2,000 runs per month; when the run quota is exhausted a new run does not start. Payments are processed by YuKassa. Enterprise and on-prem packages are agreed separately.

3. Access and limits

Paid features and limits apply while the subscription is active. Self-hosting the MIT-licensed source is separate from this hosted-service contract.

4. Refunds and data

Digital access is delivered when paid limits are enabled. Refund requests: valera7623@gmail.com with account email and YuKassa payment id. Card data is processed by YuKassa; the Provider does not store full card numbers.
